INGREDIENTS:

1 C butter

1/2 C powdered sugar

2 C flour

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 C pecan pieces

DIRECTIONS:

Cream butter and sugar together. Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll dough into balls about the size of walnuts. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove and roll cookies in powered sugar while still warm. Allow to cool and roll again.
