Are you interested in helping ranchers in South Dakota? The University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension and several local livestock auctions are collecting donations to send to South Dakota. Producers wanting to donate breeding cattle, make sure the cattle you send will make a good impression on the people who will receive them. They should be the kind you’re proud to own yourself. Donations will be coordinated with farmers in South Dakota through the Heifers for South Dakota effort.
Donation information is needed by Wednesday, November 13 so shipping can be arranged. Animals will be shipped the week of November 18.
