• 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained

• Small can of peas, drained

• 1 can cream of mushroom soup

• 1/2 C sour cream

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp pepper

• Velveeta cheese

• Bag of frozen tator tots

• 2 Tbsp melted butter

• 2 C cornflakes, crushed

Put browned beef in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. Mix mushroom soup, sour cream and seasonings and spread on top of beef. Layer peas, cheese and tator tots. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. Mix butter and cornflakes and spread on top and bake for 5 more minutes.
