• 4-6 boneless chicken breasts
• 8-10 new potatoes, washed and quartered
• 1-2 cans of french style green beans, drained
Arrange the chicken around the outside edge of a 9×13 casserole dish. Add the green beans and potatoes in the middle. Sprinkle with a packet of dry Italian dressing mix. Pour 1 stick of melted butter over the top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Can use a larger casserole and adjust the amount of ingredients per serving.
