Combine well in a bowl

• 8 ounce can of little peas, drained

• 8 ounce can of white shoepeg corn, drained

• 8 ounce can of French cut green beans, drained

• 1/2 C diced green pepper

• 1 C diced red onion

• 1 C diced celery

• 1 small jar of chopped pimentos

Bring the following to a boil and pour over the veggies and marinate overnight

• 2/3 C white vinegar

• 1/2 C vegetable oil

• 1/2 to 1 C sugar
