• 1 yellow jiffy cake mix

• 2 packages yeast

• 2 1/2 C warm water

• 4 1/2 C flour

Optional:
• 1 C raisins and/or 1 C chopped nuts

Mix cake mix according to directions, add yeast and water, mix well. Add flour and beat well. Let rise in a warm place for 1 hours. Divide in half, roll out first half and top with thick layer of butter, 1/4 C of cinnamon/sugar mixture. Can add raisins and nuts at this time if desired. Roll up and cut 1/2 to 1 inch thick, law on side in cake pan, repeat with the second half of dough. Let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and knife stuck in middle come out clean.  Glaze with a mixture of powdered sugar, milk and vanilla extract.
