• 1 pound hamburger

• 1 small chopped onion

• 1/2 can diced tomatoes with green chilis

• 1 pkg of taco seasoning

• 1 bag of Fritos

• 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed

• 10 ounce enchilada sauce

• 2 ounces cream cheese

• 2 C shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat and onion, drain. Add diced tomatoes and taco seasoning, simmer 5 minutes. Add black beans and cream cheese, turn heat off. Spray 9×13 pan and dump half of the fritos in the bottom. Top with half of the meat mixture and half of the shredded cheese, repeat layer. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
