First layer:

• 1 chocolate cake mix prepared as directed.

Bake in a 13×17 cookie sheet.

Second Layer:

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

• 1 1/2 C powdered sugar 

• 2 Tbsp milk

• 8 ounce tub of cool whip

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy; add in cool whip and milk.

Spread on top of cooled cake.

Frosting:

• 5 Tbsp butter, melted

• 1 1/2 C milk chocolate chips

Melt butter over low heat, add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Spread over the second layer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
