• 3 ounce pkg lime jello
• 1 C hot pear juice (use from drained pears)
• 6 ounces of cream cheese, softened
• 1 C sour cream
• 2 Tbsp Miracle Whip salad dressing
• 16 ounces of pears, drained and mashed
Dissolve jello in the hot pear juice. Blend in the cream cheese and sour cream. Let stand until the mixture begins to congeal. Add pears and beat until foamy. Chill until firm. Can pour into a jello mold if desired.
