• 6 eggs

• 1 C whole milk

• 1 tsp Dijon mustard

• 1 C shredded cheddar cheese

• 1 1/2 C diced ham

• 6 C white bread, cubed

• 1 1/2 Tbsp ranch salad dressing seasoning (dry) 

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9-by-9 oven-proof glass casserole dish with cooking spray or butter. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, ranch seasoning mix and mustard until well combined. Stir in the cheese, ham and bread; mix well. Pour the mixture into prepared dish and spread out evenly. (At this point, the dish can be held overnight covered in the fridge, if desired). When ready to bake, place in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes, until set and golden on top. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
