• 1/4 C smooth tahini paste (can use nut butters, including peanut butter, as substitution)
• 3 Tbps water, more if needed
• 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 Tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
• 1 small garlic clove, grated
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, water, lemon juice, olive oil, maple syrup, sesame oil, garlic, and salt until smooth. If the dressing is too thick, add more water, 1/2 tablespoon at a time, until it’s a drizzleable consistency.
