• 1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin purée 

• 3 eggs 

• 2 1/2 C milk 

• 3/4 C heavy, whipping cream 

• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice 

• 2 tsp cinnamon 

• 1 C packed brown sugar 

• 1 C chopped pecans 

Mix all together in a large bowl.

• 16 small hamburger buns

Add around six at a time in fold into pumpkin mixture. Pour mixture into a 14-inch greased Dutch oven or a 12-by-16 baking dish. Bake at 350 for around 45 minutes. 

CINNAMON VANILLA GLAZE:

• 2 Tbsp butter, melted 

• 2 Tbsp milk 

• 1/2 tsp cinnamon

• 1 tsp vanilla 

Mix all together and pour over hot bread pudding and enjoy.
