• 3 C sugar

• 1/3 C evaporated milk

• 1/2 stick butter

Mix well in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook until soft ball  stage. Remove from heat and add the following ingredients:

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 1 C pecans or walnuts

• 1 pint marshmallow cream

Stir well until mixture begins to thicken, then pour into a buttered pan. Allow to set before cutting.
