CRUST
• 2 C crushed Oreo cookies
• 1/4 C melted butter
Mix and put on the bottom of a spring form pan or baking dish
FILLING
• 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 C chocolate syrup (such as Hershey’s)
• 1 1/2 Tbsp instant coffee, dissolved in 2 Tbsp hot water
In a large bowl, mix ingredients in order, and pour over crust. Freeze until firm and before serving.
