OFN Staff Favorite
• 1/4 C butter
• 1/2 C milk
• 2 C sugar
• 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 C peanut butter
• 2 1/4 C instant oatmeal
Put butter, milk, sugar, cocoa and salt in pan; bring to a boil. Boil for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla, peanut butter and oatmeal. Stir until well blended, then drop by the spoonful onto wax paper. Cool.
