• 1 head of lettuce, chopped

• 1 head of cauliflower (flowerets only)

• 2 C mayonnaise 

• Sliced green onion 

• 1 pound bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled 

• 1/2 C Parmesan cheese 

• 1/2 C sugar

Place ingredients in a large bowl or small punch bowl in layers. Cover and refrigerate over night. Mix and toss before serving.
