• 1 can whole corn

• 1 can cream corn

• 1 onion 

• 1 stick butter

• 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix

• 8 ounces sour cream

• 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese 

• 2 eggs

Beat eggs and add all other ingredients, mix well. Bake as directed on the Jiffy box.
