Ingredients:

• 16 ounces milk chocolate chips

• 2 Tbsp shortening

• 1 pound fresh strawberries (with leaves still attached)

Directions: In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and shortening, stirring occasionally, until smooth. Using a toothpick inserted into the top of the berry, dip the strawberries into the chocolate mixture. After dipping, turn the strawberry upside down and insert the toothpick into a Styrofoam board to allow the chocolate to cool and become firm. Remove toothpick before serving.
