Ingredients:
• 3/4 C soy sauce
• 1/4 C lemon juice
• 1 Tbsp chili sauce
• 1 Tbsp brown sugar
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 6 bone-in pork loin or rib chops (about 1 1/2- inches thick)
Directions: In a large, resalable plastic bag, combine all ingredients, except pork chops; reserve 1/3 C of mixture for brushing over chops. Add pork chops to bag; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate overnight. Drain pork, discarding marinade. Grill chops, covered, over medium heat until a thermometer reads 145 degrees, about 6 to 8 minutes per side. Brush occasionally with reserved soy mixture during the last 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
