Ingredients:
• 1 small package strawberry Jell-O
• 1 small package pineapple Jell-O
• 1 can (46 ounces) unsweetened pineapple juice
• 6 ounces lemon juice
• 1 ounces almond extract
• 3 1/2 C sugar
• 3 C water
Directions:
Boil water and sugar until clear. Turn off and add Jell-O; stir until dissolved; cool; skim off top before adding pineapple and lemon juce and extract. For every cup of mixture, add 1 1/2 cups water. Makes 2 gallon. Freeze. Thaw at least three to four hours before serving.
