Ingredients:

• 2 egg whites

• 1/8 tsp salt

• 2 C powdered sugar

• 1 tsp vinegar

• 1 tsp vanilla

• 1 1/2 C pecans, chopped

Directions:

Beat egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar, vinegar and vanilla. Continue beating until very stiff. Fold in pecans. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased baking sheet. Bake 10 to 20 minutes until firm and light colored at 300 degrees.
