OFN Staff Favorite

Ingredients:

• 3 medium potatoes 

• 1/4 C Crisco

• 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

• 1 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp garlic powder

• 1/4 tsp paprika

• 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

Wash potatoes and cut into 1/8-inch wedges. Place wedges, slightly overlapping, in a single layer in a 9-by-13 baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Brush potatoes with half of the oil mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 45 minutes, basting occasionally with remaining seasoned oil mixture.
