Ingredients:
• 1 pork or pot roast
• 1/4 C red wine vinegar
• 2 Tbsp soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 C ketchup
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 1 tsp rosemary
Directions:
Cut slits into the roast. Pour the mixture over the roast. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for three to four hours, basting every hour.
