Casserole Ingredients:

• 3 large sweet potatoes

• 2 eggs 

• 1/2 C condensed milk

• 3/4 C sugar

• 1 stick butter

• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Boil and peel sweet potatoes, mash. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a casserole dish.

Topping Ingredients:

• 1 C brown sugar

• 1/2 C self-rising flour

• 1 stick butter, melted

• 1 C chopped pecans

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour over the top of the sweet potato mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
