Ingredients:
6 to 8 slices cooked and chopped bacon
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
1 C. mayonnaise
4 to 6 fresh jalapenos
1 C. cheddar cheese
1/2 C. mozzarella cheese
1/4 C. chopped green onion
Topping
1 C. crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 C. parmesan cheese
1/2 stick melted butter
Directions:
Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until light and creamy. Add in bacon, jalapenos, both cheeses and green onions. Place in a greased deep-dish pie plate spread evenly. Mix topping in a bowl until well combined and place on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until light brown on top and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers. Reheats well.
