Ingredients:
2 C. flour
1 C. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 C. cold water
1 C. mayonnaise
2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together, then add all other ingredients. Pour into a greased cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
