Ingredients:
• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 large onion, chopped (about a cup)
• 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
• 1/2 C water
• 1 envelope dry spaghetti sauce mix
• 1 1/2 C shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1 C milk
• 1 Tbsp cooking oil
• 1 C grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 C flour
Directions:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and onion. Drain fat and stir in tomato sauce, water and spaghetti sauce mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. In a small mixer bowl, combine eggs, milk and oil. Beat on medium speed until well blended. Add flour, beating until mixture is smooth. Spoon hot meat mixture into a greased 13-by-9 baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella or provolone cheese over the mixture. Top with flour mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the flour mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until the top is puffed and golden brown.
