INGREDIENTS:

1 large head cauliflower

1 bunch fresh broccoli

1 or 2 carrots, diced

8-ounces sour cream

1 pint mayonnaise

Crisp bacon crumbles

Salt and pepper to taste

Onion

DIRECTIONS:

Cut all ingredients into bite-sized pieces and marinate with 1 tsp garlic (to taste). Add other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate in a tightly covered dish overnight.
