The Arcola Christian Church (intersection of 39 and Y Highway) and the Barton County, Mo., Extension office (801 E 12th) will be accepting farm supplies until April 6th, for those affected by the March wildfires that destroyed livestock, homes and farming operations in Kansas, Colorado, Texas and Oklahoma. We are not accepting hay. The Arcola Christian Church gym is open from 8am to 7pm daily, call Larry Wheeler at 417-424-3218. The Barton County Extension office will accept donations from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., weekdays, call Jill at 417-682-3579.
