Dr. Letrisa Miller (OSU CVM class of 1998) has been chosen as one of only 20 finalists for America’s Favorite Veterinarian.  Selected by an American Veterinary Medical Foundation review panel from more than 700 nominations, she is the only graduate from Oklahoma State University.

An essay written by Dr. Miller’s nominator caught the committee’s eye and described her community involvement, ethical behavior, passion for the veterinary profession, and her connection to animals and their owners.  Dr. Miller currently practices at Connecticut Feline Medicine and Surgery LLC, a feline-exclusive practice she opened in July 2012 in Manchester, Conn.  She lives nearby in Bolton, Conn., with her husband and daughter.

Oklahoma State University Center for Veterinary Health Sciences is extremely proud of Dr. Miller’s accomplishments and this well-deserved recognition.   We want to see her go all the way and need your help.  Voting is open from now until September 1, 2014.  You can vote once each day.  Please visit www.americasfavoriteveterinarian.org and vote for our own OSU Cowboy Veterinarian, Dr. Letrisa Miller!
