History: With agriculture at the base of his business, Josh Lepich started Lone Oak Buildings in 1998. Josh explained, “The business has evolved from a guy with a ladder and a hammer into much more. We now have several crews completing projects not only in Missouri, but also in Iowa, Arkansas and Illinois.”
Josh has a background in business management and saw the possibility for a new opportunity. “I didn’t want to sit at a desk. I wanted to work with my hands. At the time construction was a booming business.”
Josh, along with his wife, Beth, and their six children strive to keep their Christian values at the forefront and run their business according to those values.
Products and Services: Lone Oak Buildings offers experienced crews and custom designs. “We build quality buildings for every need,” said Josh. “We build everything from garages to machinery sheds to combine sheds.” Other common projects include pole barns, horse barns, workshops and custom commercial buildings.
Lone Oak Buildings is dedicated to their customers from start to finish. On average they complete 120-150 projects annually.
Future Plans: “Our future goals are no different than our present goals, which are to offer the best service possible in order to make our customers happy. If we meet and exceed our customer’s expectations then the 10-year plan will take care of its self,” Josh concluded.
Like most parents, Josh and Beth would love to see one or more of their children take over the family business someday.
