Oklahoma State University has named 10 recipients of the 2013 Cowboy Parent’s Scholarship. The 10 students, who were among 139 applications for the award, each were presented $1,000 cash scholarships by Lee Bird, vice president for student affairs, in a ceremony at the Edmon Low Library. Since its foundation in 2005, Cowboy Parents has honored 70 students with scholarships totaling $53,000.
