How are you involved in agriculture?
“My family has a small farm but I spent most of my time growing up at my grandpa’s farm. We have a small production beef herd.”

How are you involved in FFA?
“This year I am the Chapter Reporter. I participated on the soils team this contest season. The past two years I competed on the livestock judging team.” Cody was selected as the Area 12 Proficiency winner in diversified horticulture this year.

What is your Supervised Agricultural Experience?
“I am rebuilding a corn binder from the 1920s in the school shop. I got the corn binder from my mom who has a greenhouse. She sold corn stalks at one point. I also work at my family’s greenhouse as part of my SAE project.”

What is your favorite part of FFA?
“I enjoy spending time with our FFA advisors, going to conventions and the hands-on classes.”

What are your future plans?
“I would like to attend College of the Ozarks and major in ag engineering or diesel mechanics.”
