After determining market strategy, producers must identify a processor that fits their needs.  Producers must choose a processing facility that is regulated by the Missouri Meat and Poultry Inspection Program (MMPIP) of the Missouri Department of Agriculture (MDA).  A directory of facilities to choose from can be located online at mda.mo.gov/animals
