• 1 can pineapple chunks, undrained
• 1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
• 1/3 C flour
• 1/3 C sugar
• 2 C shredded Cheddar cheese (I use sharp)
• 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
• 1/2 C butter, melted
Combine first five ingredients, stirring well. Spoon into a greased 9-by-13 pan. Combine cracker crumbs and butter, stir well. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture evenly. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
