Ingredients:

• 2 C flour

• 1 1/2 C sugar

• 1/2 C cocoa 

• 1 C warm water

• 2 tsp vanilla

• 2 tsp baking soda

• 1 C mayonnaise

Directions:

Combine water and baking soda; sit aside. Sift flour, sugar and cocoa together. Add water and baking soda mixture to flour mixture, add mayonnaise. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle. 

FUDGE FROSTING:

Ingredients:

• 1/4 C milk

• 1/4 C oleo or butter

• 1/4 C cocoa

• 1 C sugar

Directions:

Boil for 3 minutes. Spread over cake. Note: If boiled longer than 3 minutes, it turns into a chewy fudgy candy.
