INGREDIENTS:
1 package cranberries
2 whole oranges
2 packages cherry gelatin
2 C boiling water
2 C sugar
2 C celery, finely chopped
2 C apples, finely chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Freeze cranberries before making salad. Grind up cranberries. Remove juice from oranges first, then grind up pulp and peeling. Boil water, add sugar and gelatin. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Add one cup of nuts, if desired.
