Oklahoma State University students affected by recent tornadoes in the state can apply for support from a scholarship fund established through the OSU Foundation. The fund was created to provide an opportunity for donors to support OSU students who have suffered the loss of life and significant property damage from the storms in our state. A matching gift opportunity has been created to increase the impact of donations made to the scholarship fund.
“The Oklahoma State University community has responded in many ways to the needs of those affected by the spring tornadoes,” said OSU President Burns Hargis. “Many individuals are still looking at how they can help those who lost so much. This scholarship fund is a perfect way to assist an OSU student.”
Current or incoming OSU students impacted by the tornadoes who would like to request support should contact OSU’s Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships at 405-744-6604.
Individuals and corporations wishing to make donations or inquire about the matching gift opportunity should contact the OSU Foundation at 405-385-5100.
