Benton and Washington Counties have been approved for the Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) to assist farmers and ranchers in planting Wheat, Rye or Annual Ryegrass for fall and spring pasture. Funding has not yet been received for this program, however when or if funding is received a producer must have submitted an application for the program during the signup period to be eligible.
Applications will be accepted for this program from August 20th through September 18th, 2012. Producers will need to apply for the program in the county in which their land is located.
