Ozarks Farm & Neighbor – Missouri is published every three weeks. More than 14,000 copies are mailed primarily to livestock producers in 26 counties across Southwest Missouri. These counties include Barry, Barton, Camden, Cedar, Christian, Dade, Dallas, Douglas, Greene, Hickory, Howell, Jasper, Laclede, Lawrence, McDonald, Newton, Phelps, Polk, Pulaski, Ozark, Stone, Taney, Texas, Vernon, Webster and Wright counties.

These counties include: Baxter, Benton, Boone, Carroll, Conway, Crawford, Franklin, Fulton, Johnson, Logan, Madison, Marion, Newton, Pope, Searcy, Washington, Sebastian and Van Buren counties in Arkansas; along with Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Le Flore, Muskogee, Ottawa and Sequoyah counties in Oklahoma.
