Ingredients:

1 C. cold water

1 C. corn meal

Directions:

Put in a pot and heat until thickened, then add 2 C. boiling water and 2 Tbsp. oil. Cook mixture about 20 minutes.

1/2 C. seven-grain cereal

Mix with first mixture.

2 Tbsp. Braggs

1 tsp. each margarine, sage, thyme, oregano and garlic powder

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

2/3 C. Brazilian nuts, ground into small chunks.

Combine with previous mixture and cook until thick. Poor into a greased loaf pan and cook for 2 to 4 hours. Slice and pan fry to serve.
